We will not be giving refunds to anyone who provides us with their incorrect address/information.
Return/Refund Policy
If you receive a broken or damaged item, you will be able to get a refund or receive another item after sending a photo as proof that it is damaged/broken. Your refund will be immediately placed after the email has been reviewed unless you get a response stating otherwise. Send your name, order number, and confirmation. If your order is wrong, then we will send you the right item. We do not give a refund or send another item once our system has said the item has been delivered. We have the right to refuse any refund request.
International Buyers
If you are buying from us as an international buyer, please be cautious because we will not be refunding anyone especially when we did our part shipping it out. Please be mindful that delivery can take more than 3 months especially with the pandemic going on at the moment.
